We are a boutique investment firm specializing in working with family or founder-owned businesses.
Our background is both Entrepreneurs, who founded and built a small manufacturing company in Philadelphia, PA, USA into an international presence, and financial gurus who have executed over 20 transactions with and on behalf of small business owners. We understand the trials and tribulations that go into building and operating closely held companies in good and bad times. g global demand so you can be there

INVESTMENTS
We make control and minority investments in small-to-medium-sized businesses in the medical, manufacturing, distribution, materials, and technology industries.
Sellers of their businesses should take comfort that we want to keep the business in tact with the people in place that make it successful. We look to keep what’s working in place, invest sweat equity and experience into the business, and provide resources for the business to grow.
CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
We advise clients that want to grow their business in any industry via mergers and acquisitions.
We are agile and can customize a scope of work to a client’s specific need. This can include all aspects of acquiring a business: identifying appropriate acquisition targets, sourcing opportunities, engaging with sellers, due diligence (internal and 3rd party), raising capital, and negotiating purchase agreements.
EXIT STRATEGY
Entrepreneurs oftentimes tie up most of their net worth into their business. Extracting some or all of its value is critical when thinking about succession planning or retirement.
We assist in evaluating liquidity options and longer-term services to prepare a business for a sale process that benefits the owners while taking into the sustainability of the legacy they are leaving behind in their business.
